Great Purchase Experience We purchased a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe on Saturday. We live out of state and saw this vehicle online. It was exactly what we had been looking for in a car for our son, and the price was great. We gave them a deposit by phone on Saturday morning and planned to pick up the Santa Fe on Monday. Since I decided to fly to St. Louis and then drive the car home, our salesman Chuck Kouchnerkavich offered to pick me up at the airport. How great is that for customer service?!!! Everyone I met was friendly and helpful. The sale was completed very quickly and I was on my way home in no time. Chuck texted later in the day to see if I had any questions and asked about my drive back home. Then another customer service person phoned me the next day to be sure that we were happy with our purchase and had not questions or concerns. All the way around, a very good buying experience. More
