The 8 week turnaround time is not nearly as much the issue as the lack of communication from the dealership throughout the process. As I stated before, I was told multiple times that someone would "get back to me" only to leave me without a return phone call or email. Due to the lack of communication and consequently, customer service, the review is warranted and earned. You have a great day as well.
