This marks my second Subaru purchase in the past four months. I was involved in a horrific accident with my daughter; our vehicle was totaled, but we were able to walk away. Almost everyone involved—the tow truck driver, the estimator who assessed the car as totaled, and several others, including the paramedics —remarked that the only reason we survived was that we were in a Subaru. Ariel was my advisor during a recent visit to drop off my Outback as the occupant detector sensor was going off in the passenger seat--even though there wasn't a passenger or any heavy objects on the seat. I bought a new Outback in 2022, when I needed the long hauling capacity. I loved the car, especially its responsive acceleration. In 2025 I no longer needed the longer Outback, and traded it for a Cross hauling capacity. I loved the car, especially its responsive acceleration.
