Royce helped us with test driving the car and discussing everything and we needed financing so we talked to Sam. Very nice guy! Everything went smoothly. They didn’t try to rush us into buying a car like other dealerships do, Sam was honest and helpful! Overall, had an excellent experience with this dealership Auto Buying Service. The purchase part of the deal (As Is) was quick and effortless, but my issue started when the RAM Promaster Van, did not pass t Auto Buying Service. The estimated provided to perform the repairs was quite expensive and I immediately reached out to ABS and I was referred to Will the Service department Manager. All, I can say is that Will is phenomenal. All of my interactions with him we’re courteous and respectful. He assured me that he would be able to get all of the repairs done for about a third of the estimate provided. The parts were ordered and once everything came in we brought the van back in for the work to be performed. All of the repairs were made as well as some additional things that would put the van on a solid foundation in good working order. The van passed inspection and the tags are being issued. I can’t say enough about what a great representative “Will” is for the dealership. He was outstanding and I really appreciate everything he did to get all of those repairs completed. Process was great ordering our 2015 F150. It was an easy setup to get qualified & set up our loan. Our negative experience started after delivery of our vehicle. When it arrived it looked lik It was an easy setup to get qualified & set up our loan. Our negative experience started after delivery of our vehicle. When it arrived it looked like someone had purposely made deep scratches down the whole passenger side & a couple on the driver's side. I questioned the delivery driver before he dropped the vehicle about all the damage but he said he didn't know anything about it. I immediately took pictures and called before the driver left (it was a personal driver with vehicle trailer, not a big company). ABS assured me it would be taken care of immediately. After weeks of trying to get things straight, I finally took it to a local shop, got the estimate for fixing the damage/paint & sent it to James as directed. To this day, it was a year in April, NOTHING WAS EVER DONE or any attempts to make things right! Just SEVERAL calls & texts that getting an answer was like pulling teeth... definitely giving me the "run around". When we first were going through the process of buying this for my husband's birthday I was excited about how easy things were. The price was good & pictures of the truck were amazing... vs... what showed up in our driveway. The vehicle is great, but cosmetically IT IS NOT WHAT WE PAID FOR! So, overall it was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and not one we will EVER do again! Which is sad because if things had been done correctly we would be loyal customers & use them when shopping for my next vehicle & for my 2 kids that will be driving in a couple years. Changed my stars from 2 to 5 because management is trying to work with us & give us a positive experience. More
