Unique Amazing Dealership First I had inquired for a Jeep Cherokee via USAA but then we changed our mind and Jose Martinez called me via phone for the inquired vehicle, but we First I had inquired for a Jeep Cherokee via USAA but then we changed our mind and Jose Martinez called me via phone for the inquired vehicle, but we no longer were interested. Jose offered me to take a look at his inventory via website and gave me advice to make sure the dealerships have the vehicle in stock, which also helped us save time and money. So upon ending our conversation I made a few calls and sure enough some of the cars we were interested in other dealerships weren't even for sale and they had an ad for sale. So we decided to go to Auto City and BOOM! right from the get go we were helped. The car detailers were nice and helpful. I requested for Jose Martinez. Our experience was superb. Their lot was huge and we saw many great cars!! Their prices are great. We test drove the Toyota Camry SE sedan we liked it. Jose was a unique Sales Rep, I have shopped at many dealerships and I have not came across a Sales Rep who doesn't hassle you and pressure you. Jose was that person he was genuine, nice, friendly, answered all of our questions and no pressure at all. Me and the wife decided to talk it out, Jose let us know that he would be there all day and sure enough we went back to close out the deal. Jose made our experience a good personalized one, he spoke to our kids and he talked about his kids and family as well, so we felt very welcomed by Jose. The transaction was smooth, I did have a few bumps due to being a first time user doing a loan through USAA and decided to get a loan thru the dealership instead. Thankfully Jose was really patient and had jokes too!! one of his jokes was " I can sell you a helicopter" due to not us not having any debt lol. Jose also thanked me for my military service, so for my fellow veterans out there give AutoCity and Jose a visit they are GREAT!! You wont be disappointed. More

Great, friendly service. I called auto city regarding a VWGolf I had seen online. I spoke wit Jose. He was very knowledgeable about the car and invited me to come have a look. I didn't feel any pressure from him, as I had speaking with other dealerships. I finally came down and even though Jose was off work that day. His colleague Jake took excellent care of me. Once again, I felt absolutely no pressure whatsoever. We went over numbers but I chose a different Vw Golf which better suited my budget. He got me the best financing without any haggling and I drove home with a car that I'm loving more each day. I highly recommend purchasing your next car from Auto City in El Cajon. Jim Mann More

I went there not entirely sure of what I wanted but he took the time to help me find the exact car I needed! I couldn't believe the options he qualified me for. (Anyone can get an amazing deal here if I can 😉) Even after accidentally getting the wrong car for my job and realizing I was going to have to return back to AutoCity the next day to switch to a different vehicle wasn't enough to cause any issues.
