Best Purchase EVER My experience at Auto City went great. I had an appointment with Abel at 2pm on Saturday, but I arrived a little early with my friend. When I got out My experience at Auto City went great. I had an appointment with Abel at 2pm on Saturday, but I arrived a little early with my friend. When I got out of my old car to look around the lot, I was immediately approached by a different Auto City worker and I let him know I just wanted to look around a little first before the appointment. I was happy that Abel allowed this and did not come out for about five minutes when many other places hop down your throat right off the bat. When Abel did appear, he was super nice and answered any questions I had about the car I was looking at and showed me features I wouldn't have even realized existed. He also allowed my friend and I to test drive the 2014 Camaro by ourselves which was huge because I get nervous when driving other people I do not really know and it allowed my friend and I to express our opinions freely while driving without feeling awkward. I decided I wanted to buy the car and never did I feel pressured to make that decision which is HUGE since I can be persuaded easily. Even after he knew I wanted to buy the car, Abel was super cool by offering me a latte and just chatting with my friend and I while waiting for things to process. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership, and Abel definitely set the expectations high! Overall, a great first experience =] More

5 Star Service with Jose at Auto City I had my eye out for a Mini Cooper Clubman and when it popped up on my radar at Auto City I had to check it out. My husband called Jose on a Thursday I had my eye out for a Mini Cooper Clubman and when it popped up on my radar at Auto City I had to check it out. My husband called Jose on a Thursday evening to inquire about it. The next morning we met with Jose to test drive the car and wanted to think it over for the day. The following morning we went back to the dealership, met Jose and purchased the Clubman. No haggling, in and out with ease. I had an event to go to later in the morning and as Jose promised, he had us out of the lot in just a little over an hour. Jose was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I usually dread buying vehicles, but Jose made this experience so easy and effortless and that made it even sweeter to drive off in my Mini Coop Clubman.
