I had been experiencing car troubles and after all the money I put into repairs my husband and I said we just need a new and reliable car. We visited 4 big name dealers and weighed our options for a week. Every dealer offered what they said was their "best deal" but unfortunately, each dealer offered something I was looking for but not all of what I wanted and needed as far as the vehicle and/or the contract! After purchasing my first vehicle I kind of know what to look for in a contract, pros, cons, etc. and how to make a feasible choice. Finally, my husband and I made a decision that I still wasn't completely satisfied with and right before I clocked out from work I said, "I'm going to find one last option before we close this deal." To google I went!! Auto City came up on my Google search, checked their reviews, and they had the vehicle I was searching for. I sent an email, Jose replied back, and I called him as I was headed to pick my husband up. We spoke briefly, I explained that we were closing a deal today but I wasn't really satisfied with all the terms and conditions. I explained to Jose what I was looking for exactly with an agreement and vehicle. He said just take a moment to stop by and let's see what we can do. I convinced my husband to take the detour to Auto City before we headed to close the deal with the other dealership. When we arrived Jose was prompt, honest, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Within a day or of test driving cars with Jake helping too, I found something even better than my original choice! About 30 minutes within us having an idea of what we wanted Jose had me APPROVED with ALL the terms and conditions I needed and could afford: APR rate, down payment, monthly payment, and term!! I walked out ecstatic, grateful, and better than ever!! No need to close the deal with the other dealer when Jose went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met!! All of the cars at this dealership are super clean and well taken care of from what I observed! Jake helped me get the car I wanted even though I was super indecisive about it! He kept me updated on the cars I was interested in and wasn't pushy like other dealerships. Everything was at my own pace.
