Online window shopping ends in purchase! I came across this lot on Auto Trader. I wasn't really looking to purchase anything soon. I called and was greeted by Abel, I asked a few basic questions about how to get started. This was my first purchase and Abel was very detailed and helpful. I submitted my paperwork and was approved within a few hours. I arrived at the lot , checked out the ample supply of vehicles on sight. Went for a few test drives and came across a car I loved. The entire process was smooth from the paperwork to the finishing details on the car. The car was in great condition at the time of pick up, very well detailed. They really took the time to make it look great! Not only will I be taking my car back for oil changes and maintenance but refer anyone who is looking for a smooth car purchase. Confident fun buy! I had came to auto city discouraged after going to a mossy Honda dealership . The difference in customer service was so nice! They let me take any car I was interested out on a test drive! They didn't pressure me To buy anything! He used to work at a Honda dealership for 10+ years even showed me his old Business card and that made me Feel confident in buying my Honda Civic! All the driving I do and wanting something to last me for years he made it a point to inform me and now I am a proud owner and apart of the auto city family! He wasn't trying to pressure me to get a luxury car I couldn't afford, he made sense of it all from mileage, gas, and the cost of maintenance. I got my car Monday and was telling everyone where I got it on Tuesday. If you're looking for a car without being haggled I recommend Auto City, but most importantly ask for Fraser!!! More
