We had just visited a nearby dealer, knowing full well that the advertisement we were bombarded with on the radio was fake in some regards, but we figured, why not check it out. After we left, a little more disappointed than we thought we would be (they don't have any prices on their used cars, because "we sell too many used cars to keep up with putting stickers on them", we came across Auto City. We decided (my son and I) to stop there and see what they had in stock in the way of VW cars. My son had his mind set on a German car, and VW seems to have a nice dependable cars. We were instantly wow'd and also skeptical about the good prices we were seeing. Of course, being how I am, I kept thinking there was some kind of catch. I even tried to wait a little bit to write my review. I was approved through Wells Fargo Dealer Services for the loan, and was weary about getting the warranty from Auto City, but they promised me that if I had any problems with it, they would back me up. I've had and read about several bad experiences with these dealer offered warranties, that I have to admit I was scared we'd be stranded with a warranty, and some weird stipulation that would not allow us to receive warranty service. Our salesperson assured us this would not be the problem, and he and the rest of the people that worked there would personally help us if it ever came to that. If we ever do have to use the warranty, I hope we don't, I will update my post here. More

Process was easy and did not feel pressured I went to about 10 dealerships before buying my 2012 Nissan Murano. At other dealerships, I felt as though I was being pressured or forced to purchas I went to about 10 dealerships before buying my 2012 Nissan Murano. At other dealerships, I felt as though I was being pressured or forced to purchase a vehicle I was unsure about. Long story short, Fraser made me feel comfortable and gave me the time I needed to make a decision. When I could not find the title for my trade, Fraser offered to hold onto my trade in storage until I could obtain my title and bring it back to the dealership, where they gave me a check for the trade. My only issue was that the dealership only gave me a single fob key, which ended costing me about $200 to get a new one. I do not want to end on a negative note - I am glad I went to Auto City Sales and worked with Fraser, it made the car buying process much less stressful! More
