First time buyer Went to a couple places to check out cars and found myself at Auto City Sales. Dealt with Fraser and overall was a good experience. The test drive went smoothly and had the option of checking out a bunch of cars. Their online website was pretty good as far as detailing all the cars' features. I ultimately went with a Honda Accord that I had my eye on from the beginning. The main reasons why the review isn't 5 stars is just that while the pricing is great and the most competitive one for the miles and the condition of cars, the cars are not officially certified-preowned although they do their own 100+ point check. They also don't have multiple keys for the cars. While it's a small issue, I did have to go to a dealership and pay out of pocket for extra keys. I tried to get the dealership to help out by paying for the keys or even half of the cost but company policy apparently did not allow for it. Fraser himself was very helpful. He helped "bend the rules" a little by topping off the tank even though it was over half (another company policy that I don't really agree with as I believe all cars off the lot should be full tank) and also helped with ordering new wiper blades for me (the ones that I had on the car smeared the water around and never fully got rid of it. Just made it harder to see). Overall a good experience and I'd recommend swinging by to check out the cars at the very least if interested in buying a very competitively prices car without the hassle of haggling and "checking with managers" bit. I read over 25+ yelp reviews, I went to the BBB website and only after that did I contact the dealership. I got in contact with Jose and he was so easy to deal with. I was pre-approved for my loan, got to the dealership, took the SUV for a trip around the block, came back signed my paperwork and was on my way in an 1 1/2....this was by far the easiest car buying experience EVER!!!! I love my 2006 Chevy and I am bringing my daughter here when it's time for her to buy a car. More
