Helpful My wife and I were in the market for a 3-row or bigger SUV. We still had ours with a lein still. The vehicle we wanted had a hold on it... however Tim My wife and I were in the market for a 3-row or bigger SUV. We still had ours with a lein still. The vehicle we wanted had a hold on it... however Tim and Alfred were quick to narrow it down with their other inventory. We looked at a lexus, bmw, infiniti and a few others to include mazda and 2 4runners. We even test drove them. After Alfred patiently showed us all of the vehicles we decided on a 4runner. Rugged, sporty and plenty of room for my family and 2 dogs (doberman and Pomeranian). After discussing numbers, i would have been negative. They never pressured me. We decided to try and sell privately and come back later. After no luck selling our beautiful fx 45, jose and the crew met me half way and paid off the lein, and helped us the rest of the way. My brother was present and he too was pleased by their professionalism and caring factor. Our neighbors are in the market and without hesitation, we told them to look no further. My only issue was the cleanliness of the vehicle. It looked like it may have been washed a couple days ago but also had dirt and dust from sitting out. Most dealerships I've been to give it a thorough cleaning before leaving the lot. Also the fluids aren't topped off. I had to fill up 10 minutes down the road. But overall good experience. More

I got pre-approved by my bank and just walked into the dealership to test drive and l I shop for my car using CarGurus and found my 2015 Chrysler 200. Everyone was very professional and at no time did I feel pressured into buying the car. I looked at a few others and Nick was very helpful and instrumental in fetching keys and letting me try a few other cars before I decided on my Chrysler.
