Denis was amazing,no pressure! I was so scared and nervous about buying a new car but Denis made the experience amazing! Much different than other used car dealers. I went to Auto City after checking out some of the other used car dealers in the area and my experience there was much better. The smaller dealers may I went to Auto City after checking out some of the other used car dealers in the area and my experience there was much better. The smaller dealers may offer lower prices but I had to return a vehicle the day after purchase due to the discovery of several mechanical problems. I decided to go to a larger dealer that offered a better warranty and had many more positive reviews online and a friend of mine had also purchased a vehicle from Auto City and recommended them as well. When I got there the salesman Tim had the BMW X5 I was looking for ready for me and it looked almost new. The sales approach was very relaxed compared to the smaller dealers and I felt much more comfortable buying there. The paperwork only took about an hour and Tim went over the different warranty's they offered with me in addition to the 3 month/ 3,000 mile warranty that was already included in the vehicle price. After going to Auto City I wish I had gone there first and avoided the smaller dealers because they seem to stand behind their cars a lot more and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car without dealing with the used car dealer experience. More
