I was able to locate the car right away, and not long after was approached by a salesman who got Ramil, the salesperson I spoke to on the phone. Ramil was very helping in answering questions or finding out the information we requested. Also, I was originally offered an interest rate that just wasn't going to work for me. They went back and found an even better interest rate that worked perfectly for me and there was no fus. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family. But instead, we got an A+ service without all the sales talk & BS. Tim answered all our questions, calculated every angle possible & gave us the best deal & rate. We did not feel pressured at all, he was the nicest sales person I've ever met, note that I'm not a big fan of sales people 😊. He made us feel comfortable, he made the long wait bearable with all the snacks. But most of all, he definitely showed he cares. Going out of his way reminding us to be careful going out of the driveway so the front bumper doesn't hit the bottom, following up with us the next day. I definitely recommend going to this dealership, & look for Tim, he will definitely take care of you. I will definitely be going back there for my next vehicle. More

Easy no hassle car buying experience! I was in the market for a reliable commuter car and after a week of online shopping, I found Auto City. Searching through their online inventory was e I was in the market for a reliable commuter car and after a week of online shopping, I found Auto City. Searching through their online inventory was easy and I quickly narrowed my choices down to 2 cars, printed both car's info sheet and filled the online loan pre-approval application. The very next day Jose Martinez called me about my loan approval and asked my wife and I to come in and test drive some cars. Needless to say, I was a little apprehensive about talking to a salesman but I was quickly proven wrong. Jose greeted us with a smile and offered us coffee and water as we walked in and made us feel comfortable and at ease at very start. We showed Jose the print-outs of the two cars that we wanted to see and he quickly pulled them out for us to look at the test drive. We never felt pressured or swayed as to which car to get...Jose showed us some of the features that the cars have and he stood back as we checked the cars out. When we decided on which car to get, Jose patiently walked us through the paperwork and explained everything in detail from the contract to the warranty. Drove the car home in less than two hours. I brought the car back the next day for a couple of minor issues and Jose took good care of us and fixed them in less than an hour. Needless to say, we were very impressed with the customer service that Jose and the service shop has extended to us. Thanks Jose and the service shop crew! More
