I had a great experience with Jose Martinez I went in to purchase a new(to me) car back in November of 2016. I was worried that it would be a stressful situation and was not looking forward to t I went in to purchase a new(to me) car back in November of 2016. I was worried that it would be a stressful situation and was not looking forward to the experience as this was the first time I would be financing a car. I spent hours doing research on a Mitsubishi Lancer that I thought was "the one" and Jose Martinez allowed me to test drive it several times to really get a good feel for it. I decided that I was going to buy it because it was a good price and I needed a car, but he encouraged me to try a few other options, I'm so glad I did! He brought me to a Volkswagen Jetta that I absolutely fell in love with from the second I started the engine and it was the perfect price. He walked me through the purchasing process and discussed financing options with me for the best way to secure this car. There was no haggling, no stress; I didn't feel pressured in the slightest. I have had the car for 4 months now, and I absolutely love it. Haven't had any problems with it at all. Every time someone talks about getting a new car I suggest seeing Jose at AutoCity! We found a truck online that Denis was able to help us with. We walked in an hour before our appointment and he was greatly happy to help us. He was able to get us financed quickly with a good rate. We had our 15 month old son with us and Denis didn't mind that we had to keep redirected our son and gave him a car to play with! The truck we bought barley had any gas in it so Denis had them put some in for us before we drove off the lot with it. Overall our experience was amazing as we were buying our first car together as a family. We live in North San Diego but would definitely drive down to them in el cajon next time we need a car and request Denis. More
