Never again. My original review needed to be corrected because although the purchase of the vehicle went smoothly and I was content with the process. Handling an issue with the vehicle after purchase has been the worst experience I have ever had. Took our vehicle to our mechanic for a problem we noticed. He pinpointed the issue. Dealer was of course accommodating but insisted they needed a second opinion from their mechanic. Had no problem with that so we took it back to them. That is when the drama began. Vehicle has warranty with the dealership and we also purchased the one that they pedal to you during negotiations and still cannot get a problem with the vehicle fixed. The warranty will not approve the repair because it apparently was a preexisting condition and stated that the dealership should correct the problem. Be wary of the fact that they insist on using their mechanic for issues with the vehicle because he will conveniently not be able to pinpoint the problem even though our mechanic spoke with their mechanic and told them exactly where to look. Ridiculous. More
