I knew the make and model of the vehicle I wanted, but was pleasantly surprised to see the quality of all the cars, both in the showroom and out. I couldn't ask for better service, even after the sale Chose this dealer online because they had the model & options I was looking for, and reviews were mostly good. I needed to move quickly because my old Chose this dealer online because they had the model & options I was looking for, and reviews were mostly good. I needed to move quickly because my old car had just develop a serious problem that I didn't want to spend money to fix when I was already planning to buy a car. Spoke to Chad on the phone Saturday morning & gave my info, and he confirmed that the deal would work. I had to find my title and other stuff (just moved), so didn't get there until mid-afternoon on a Sat. Bill took me for a test drive, and I was ready to buy. Chad did the entire sale with me in less than an hour, financing, changing insurance, forms, and he explained forms very clearly before asking me to sign things, & answered questions I had. I drove it off the lot less than two hours after I arrived. Only problem was an owners manual was not included, that will cost me $20-$30 in eBay or to print the electronic version I looked up. Love the car, only a few hiccups. Tried to get through Delaware inspection, it had blue LED lights behind the grill, which is illegal. Contacted Bob, he said get the work done and he'll pay any reasonable bill (because it involved wiring, I took it to Otto's Mini and they removed the lights for free, even though I wasn't a customer, but anyway he was going to pay, which is why I mention it in the revew). Then after about 60 days, it started misfiring terribly. I called on a Friday and got Sean, he looked me up in their system & found I had not bought a warranty (I wasn't sure, can't find the papers in all the boxes), he got hold of Bob and said even with no warranty, bring it in and we'll at least figure out what's wrong with it, and we'll see what we can do. I took it to their mechanic & he diagnosed it in two minutes, bad ignition coil. He called around and none of his parts suppliers had one on hand, & might take a couple hours, and running as much as I had, he told me I was in danger of burning up the catalytic converter, so I wanted to get it done ASAP. Saved probably $75 with the free diagnosis, and he showed me how to install it myself, so all I needed was the part, saving me another $75 on labor. Bob also threw in a free detailing while I was there, none of this cost a penny. Got the part at Otto's, installed it, car runs great. You can't really ask for much better service from a used car dealer. Only gripe is that rear seat belts are lost inside the opening after detailing, I hope I can get them out with a pair of needle nose pliers. More
