Amazing Experience at the last minute I've been shopping online for the past three days, and just before I went to bed I performed one last search and AutoDirect popped up. After visiting I've been shopping online for the past three days, and just before I went to bed I performed one last search and AutoDirect popped up. After visiting the dealer the next morning, I was greeted promptly by all of the staff. Great dealer I cannot recommend this dealership enough. I have dealt with many dealerships in the past and have never encountered a dealership more dedicated to cu I cannot recommend this dealership enough. I have dealt with many dealerships in the past and have never encountered a dealership more dedicated to customer service or more commited to conducting straight forward, honest business. To make a long story short, immediately after reluctantly purchasing an "as is" vehicle from them I had an issue with it that I had not caught when inspecting it. I called them and without blinking they had me bring the car in and corrected it, even authorizing an additional repair, neither of which they were OBLIGATED to do, but did because as Bob the owner put it, "it was the right thing to." All he asked from me was that I enjoy the vehicle. I was completely blown away by the level of his integrity. You can rest assure his handshake means something. Good, honest family business. Highly recommend. More
