Bob quickly resolved the problem and was really accommodating. There was no pressure on purchase. They wanted to make sure the car she brought she liked and fit her budget. The dealership we were at before in Philly before we came here didn't compare. They were unorganized and only wanted a sale. Not here they only wanted to make sure everything was perfect for her. At the end of the day we drove off the lot. Couldn't of asked for a better experience. More

Superior Merit Me and my father drove from CT, just to buy a Dodge 1500 Ram Daytona. Needed a Second Vehicle I was in the market for a second car for my wife. I went to a couple other dealerships before I met Bob and Chad. The experiences I had at the other dealerships were horrific (putting it lightly). I found Auto Direct Cars on Google. They had a very impressive website, so my wife and I went to see them. We walked into the sales office, and was greeted by Bob. Bob introduced us to the entire staff. When asked if he could help us we told him the vehicle we were looking for. His only question was "How much did you want to spend?" We told him, he took us outside and showed us about ten beautiful, well maintained vehicles in our price range. My wife picked out a beautiful Blue Ford Escape in about 10 minutes Chad had us approved with a payment we could afford. Thank you, Bob, Chad, and the rest of the gang for all your help. More
