In my experience at other dealerships, the sellers were all about striking deals and pushing me to buy. This would be my first car loan, so I had my father assist me during the process. At Auto Direct I never felt any pressure to make a purchase. Bob was extremely attentive to us when we initially visited on a busy Saturday. He listened to our needs and made recommendations based on our ability to finance and budget. Bob and Chad worked very hard to get a car that would be a financial fit for us. Everyone on staff that I worked with was courteous and in the end I am very satisfied with my purchase of a 2005 Hyundai Elantra. I have been driving my Hyundai for a week and couldn't be happier! The car rides like a dream, is great on gas, has under 50k miles and I can drive in confidence knowing I have a reliable vehicle. Overall excellent customer service and experience! Thank you again! First Car Loan Experience. Very good experience! I was looking for a car that I could call my own back in early November. I have saved up a couple thousand dollars and my parents were willing to offe I was looking for a car that I could call my own back in early November. I have saved up a couple thousand dollars and my parents were willing to offer to help out. I chose this location for its proximity to my home, and I am glad I did. Their selection is unparalleled with any other. They have a huge variety of cars in stock. Initially, I chose a Park Avenue Buick for its price and leather seats. After test driving it, I though it would pretty good. Since this was a used car with no warranty, the salesman, Bob, was willing to accept our offer to have a local car mechanic, of my choosing, to take a look at it. The diagnosis was grim for that car, being it was almost 15 years old. Then, I found a really great 2005 Mazda 6. On the outside and the inside, it was beautiful. A few small ticks here and there, but in much better shape then the Buick. I took it to my local car mechanic and he agreed that it was a great car, with just a few, small maintenance issues. Bob even offered to buy some floor mats that were missing from the vehicle and pay for the first full tank of gas. When it came to purchase, Bob was very supportive, making sure I understood all the costs associated, from taxes, warranties, and more. It was all itemized on the agreement, which I carefully signed. Unfortunately, almost a few weeks after I drove off the lot, I was involved in a car accident with an 18-wheeler. Everyone involved is okay. However, my poor Mazda has had better days. Thankfully, it was insured, and it really made me appreciate the GAP insurance that Auto Direct Cars mentioned in the purchasing of this car. If the car body shop had totaled it, I would have been on the hook for thousands of dollars. Luckily, I did not have to do that. But I am glad they mentioned the extremely useful insurance. If I were to buy another car later in the future, I might stop by here again. Just to see the great selection and the very helpful and courteous staff. Thanks Bob!! :) More
