I brought my maxima in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I had no appointment and was out in less than thirty minutes. During my visits for my maintenance work on my vehicle I worked with Suzie Shoemake. She contacted me daily to provide me with the status of my vehicle. Her personality is outstanding and her customer servi worked with Suzie Shoemake. She contacted me daily to provide me with the status of my vehicle. I took my 2008 Altima in for service. Scheduling the appointment was easy and straightforward. When I arrived at the dealer, Sean greeted me quickly and professionally. My most recent visit at Cowles was a pleasure, as usual! I had to go in for a routine service and was in and out very quickly! Love the new Express Lane, so fast!! This is by far the work dealership I have ever had to deal with, more specifically the service department. Numerous incidents over the course of 7 years has caused me to finally write a review. On 5 or 6 seperate occassions I've had HORRIBLE customer service each and every time. From friendliness to quality of work the all around experience has made me not want to purchase a Nissan ever again. I understand each dealership is different but this has left such a bad taste in my mouth just thinking the Nissan name makes me cringe. Extremely overpriced, very poor quality work (had to take my car back two or three time for the exact same issue), and unwillingness to admit mistakes. Again, I'm not a one time burned customer this has happened so many times over the years I found it necessary to take time out of my busy schedule to put the word out. Go somewhere else! If you must go to Nissan go to a different dealership!!!!!!! Trust me you will thank me. More
