Mike spent the whole day with me while I made a decision on what to buy, and Scott worked hard to get me approved for the payments I wanted. They helped me decide what was suitable for my needs and wants. They both Scott and Michael helped me in every way to get the deal finalized. Once everything was approved, Scott went above and beyond to call into the bank to get me a better interest rate!!! Great car buying experience I have been looking for months for the ‘just right’ previously owned BMW convertible, looking at many of the online sites. I came across this vehicle I have been looking for months for the ‘just right’ previously owned BMW convertible, looking at many of the online sites. I came across this vehicle on the True Car site and was directed to Michael French at Auto Group of Louisville. I called him for availability, saw him an hour later, he gave me the keys to take a test drive and an hour later I was the proud owner of my new to me BMW. Love the no haggle approach and the ease at which Michael was able to assist me. I got to meet the owner of the dealership as well so if I have any issues I know where to go.
