Great car buying experience I have been looking for months for the ‘just right’ previously owned BMW convertible, looking at many of the online sites. I came across this vehicle I have been looking for months for the ‘just right’ previously owned BMW convertible, looking at many of the online sites. I came across this vehicle on the True Car site and was directed to Michael French at Auto Group of Louisville. I called him for availability, saw him an hour later, he gave me the keys to take a test drive and an hour later I was the proud owner of my new to me BMW. Love the no haggle approach and the ease at which Michael was able to assist me. I got to meet the owner of the dealership as well so if I have any issues I know where to go.
