Thank you for your review. We're sorry your visit didn't go as planned, and we'd like to address these issues with our team. I can assure we don't replace parts that are not broke, however we do offer recommendations on services that would be one hundred percent up to you if you chose to do them or not. There is a reason long time customers continue to come back to us over and over again despite that we may cost a little more. They know there vehicles will get fixed correctly and that we will stand behind any work that we do. These maintenance items, left undone, usually result in broken parts later on down the road and a much more costly repair. In regards to being over-priced, I would agree that we may be more than some other shops due to the fact that we have Master technicians and those other shops do not, which can cause some price discrepancies. To that point, most of our customers come to us because they know a certified technician will be doing the work and unlike other shops our technicians come out and discuss the issues with our customers. We also do our market research and know what our competitors charge so again I would disagree that we are over-priced and would say that we are competitively priced. Would be happy to discuss your particular situation and hopefully provide some clarity to the charges.
