The customer service was poor. I had scheduled a loaner vehicle for my oil change and the lady helping me “forgot” to get me one. She had an attitude and tried to make me feel bad for wanting a loaner vehi vehicle for my oil change and the lady helping me “forgot” to get me one. She had an attitude and tried to make me feel bad for wanting a loaner vehicle and not staying at the shop to wait for my car to be done. She said it would ONLY take 45 minutes for the oil change and didn’t see why I needed a loaner. The service took over two hours. I ended up getting a “loaner” vehicle that was snow and ice covered with no snow scrapper. Will not be going back there. More

I've bought a lot of cars in my life, but this was the easiest, most pleasant experience I've ever had!
