The 2013 Ford F-150 you purchased was a high-mileage vehicle with over 230,000 miles and sold strictly as-is, which was fully disclosed and reflected in the pricing. These vehicles are generally designated for auction due to year, mileage, or known issues, are priced accordingly, and are made available to customers before auction as a value option. As clearly stated in our disclaimer for these vehicles: they have not been and will not be serviced, carry no guarantees, and additional issues may be present. Customers are encouraged to ask about known concerns and to thoroughly inspect and test drive the vehicle prior to purchase. These units are intended for buyers who understand they may require additional care. At the time of sale, a driveline noise was disclosed based on the information available from inspection. We respectfully disagree with the suggestion that anyone was intentionally misleading. Transparency is important to us, and this vehicle was represented in line with its condition, category, and disclosures. We’re sorry to hear you’re disappointed and appreciate your feedback, as it helps reinforce the importance of understanding the nature of as-is, high-mileage vehicles for future customers.

I was told you have a truck in Bremen. No one told me it was not going through service. In fact Nick told me that service went through it and they found a humming sound in the rear end. And there is some rust. He said he could have the truck in Laporte and I said yes. All I was told is they can not provide a warranty due to the mileage. That was it. But I was told that service did go through the truck. A am willing to swear that in court. You people are horrible to now lie about not saying that to me. While in the office at the finance department, I also asked your finance guy if he can bring in the vehicle to the service department in Laporte and he did not say no to me. He said yes. This is twice now that I was lied to.
