Good service, but better communication is needed. I scheduled an appointment for recall repair, but received no follow-up. I was not contacted with any status updates, and when I showed up at the end I scheduled an appointment for recall repair, but received no follow-up. I was not contacted with any status updates, and when I showed up at the end of the day, the vehicle was still on the lift. Status updates would be very helpful as I had to rearrange my work schedule and coordinate with others to get a ride to the dealer for drop-off and pick-up. It's was also not clear if my vehicle has other recalls. The dealer said no, but I just got another letter in the mail from Ford today. Ugh. More
