I originally went to this dealer to look at a used Ford Edge that I loved online but ended up coming home with a 2019! Matt Schultz was great and SO patient with the process. I sat in his office for a good 7+ hours (because of my own doing!) until I felt like I had the best option for me. I went out to the cars on their lot several times and no fine detail was missed. I told him what I was looking for in the vehicle and if he didn't have it on the lot, he found a way to get one for me. The manager Moe is great as well, so personable! I felt that he was super genuine in his conversations vs just trying to make a deal. When it came time to sign the papers, Andrew was great as well. I felt informed about everything that I was signing. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth. When I went to pick up the vehicle a few days later, Matt sat in the vehicle with me and went over every option with me to make sure that I had a full understanding of them. He was very knowledgeable in the options and didn't let me leave the lot until I felt ready. Purchasing a brand new vehicle for me was a HUGE deal and I'm glad that I had stumbled upon Auto Park Ford for this experience. More
