On our trip we encountered the death wobble 3 times. We visited auto park and met CJ Johnston our service advisor. I cannot say enough great things about CJ. We thought we would be stuck at our rv site, but CJ took all of our information had a mechanic look at the truck and let us know what needed to be replaced. He kept us informed about the status of the repair and when it would be fixed. When my wife and I first came in we were in a panic mode, we believe CJ could tell that. He calmed us down and made us feel that everything would be ok. He then gave us a loaner car for the day while the truck was being worked on. CJ was kind, considerate and very professional.
