To serve our customers better we have two additional locations, Glen Burnie and Joppa MD. Our vehicles online are the same vehicles sold to your local dealer at the same prices. All of our vehicles are reconditioned and undergo a 160-point inspection before being listed. We have been in business for over 40 years. Spoke to customer concerning the mechanical issues. I offered to repair the vehicle and she graciously declined. I completely understand their frustration. The last thing any dealer wants to have is an unsatisfied customer, no matter what they buy.

First off, we had a completely new engine put into our truck . All the work was done by you and as soon as we get it home and it has an antifreeze leak as well as leaking diesel fuel. Take it to get fixed and $1400 later it needed new clamps in engine and fuel lines and fuel pump. Well there also is antifreeze leaking from the NEW head gasket you installed ! Our mechanic said who ever assembled the new engine did a piss poor job and everything is falling apart already after 2 days of driving. We finally got rid of this truck yesterday. We are out of $7500 dollars with all repairs and loss for trade in. I did decline to have you fix the head gasket bc you messed it up to begin with. You are extremely rude to customers and I will be sure to write a bad review everyday and make sure my family and friends do the same. Have a great day! :)

I called and am waiting on you to call back. Yes I purchased late August of 2015. Im sure some of the employees at the Fallston location remember what happened. They felt sorry about what was done to me. I know when you buy a used vehicle it can be a gamble. But I expect that if I buy from a reputable dealer to get a mechanically sound and safe vehicle especially considering that it was MD inspected. I also understand that sometimes we make mistakes and maybe I was supposed to be told that the wheels that were on the truck when I purchased didn't actually come on the truck. But, I wasn't told that until after I bought it and came to pick it up. Also, I was told I would have to pay $3500 more for the wheels if I wanted them and I couldn't do that. Moreover, I assumed the wheels put on the truck to replace the ones that I bought the truck with were made for the truck. But they were not. The wheels were not lug centric;they were hub centric wheels for a much larger hub. So, I had to buy new wheels for the truck. I would think the mechanical issues (worn idler arm,pitman arm, warped rotors, shaking at highway speed, wrong wheels and worn out shocks) should have been caught at inspection. The roof of the truck has a lot of rust particulary around the roof running light. This wasn't apparent until I looked at the roof. It being a tall truck I didn't see it at first. The roof is being repaired now and I have to pay out of pocket. I would have complained earlier but I had a lot more important things going on last year with two crushed/ruptured discs in my neck which I had to get surgery to fix in October 2015. So, forgive me for not having brought this complaint to you sooner.

Can you try and call me sometime. I cant get a hold of you. 410-212-3718. By the way i forgot to mention. That the truck has a lot of rust under it throught the frame etc...also, it appears the front bumper corners were not attached properly. They dont line up! Fastners are missing....also, the rear bumper is not lined up properly. Not feeling good about this truck at all. Ive dumped so much time and money into it is ridiculous. I should be compensated for at least the wheels that where taken from me after i bought the truck. Can you find out if this truck was in a flood or sat by saltwater for a long time? The amount of rust damage a general condition and the way things dont line up is driving me insane.
