I would avoid this dealership at all costs. On 9/9/2025, my employer and I purchased two new vehicles. He bought a 2025 Diesel 3500 at the tune of $80k, and I bought a 2025 1500 for $44k. Every On 9/9/2025, my employer and I purchased two new vehicles. He bought a 2025 Diesel 3500 at the tune of $80k, and I bought a 2025 1500 for $44k. Everything was great until the next day 9/10/25, I noticed a dent and paint blemish on the hood (see photos). The photo with my hand in it is the next day. Naturally, I was bummed out as this is a brand new truck with 70 miles on it. However, the picture with the whole truck in it was taken before I bought the pickup. If you zoom in, you can clearly see the dent. I contacted Brian my salesperson, and I brought the truck into the dealership. At that, they performed a subpar painless dent removal. It removed some of the dent, but in the process, it spider cracked the clear coat, which will cause the clear coat to fail prematurely. I reached back out to Brain multiple times because he kept blowing me off. He finally followed up yesterday 9/24/25 after talking to his boss, and they have taken the stance that they won't do anything else to fix the pre-dented new vehicle they sold. I called the dealership twice yesterday, asking to speak to the sales manager, and I was supposed to receive a call yesterday, but again, I was blown off. I'm shocked by this decision. They had a chance to be heroes and they are choosing to be zeros. I reminded Brain that on 9/9/25 my employer and I spent $124k on vehicles that day, and my employer had previously spent $109k on a Denali Ultimate there in 2019 for a total of $233k in sales between the two of us, and they still won't own it and fix the dent. This has also cost them another sale on a 2026 Denali Ultimate that my employer was going to purchase to replace his 2019. The logic behind this decision makes no sense. They have turned this $1000 repair into a $100k loss in sales. I will be contacting GMC corporate, and I will be filing a case with Arbitration of Portland. More
Stay away from this dealership if you value your time and money. There is a bunch of con artists and liars that work here. They will smile at you and lie to you at the same time. I will be contacting an atto money. There is a bunch of con artists and liars that work here. They will smile at you and lie to you at the same time. I will be contacting an attorney and taking legal action against this dealership. I bought a 2024 GMC Denali paid $80,000 for a truck. The cameras have not worked on the truck correctly. Which means I can’t use all the features of the truck. I paid $10,000 extra just for the super cruise. I can’t even use that feature. You will be hearing from me again! I’m taking it to another dealership to get it fixed correctly. Stay away from these people! More

Had been dealing multiple salesman who were Steven, Matt, and Javier on a new vehicle purchase. I would call and they would tell me it's available and to send over my info to start the purchase and then I ge and Javier on a new vehicle purchase. I would call and they would tell me it's available and to send over my info to start the purchase and then I get a call back telling me the vehicle was already spoken for after spending 3 hours in the purchase process. Next 2 weeks later the vehicle is still on the lot and called them up again and dip xxxx Steven said to just come on in and the vehicle is first come first serve now, no need to reserve. Also if your do not live in Oregon or out of town they won't sell some vehicles to you. More
They were pushy to sell my wife and I a truck. We came in see what our rate/payment would be. 3 weeks after buying the truck, the check engine light came on and I'm unsure what the issue is. Af We came in see what our rate/payment would be. 3 weeks after buying the truck, the check engine light came on and I'm unsure what the issue is. After looking at the window sticker of the pickup I bought back in June, thinking I was paying the total vehicle price and compared it to the retail buyer's order.. Huge price difference! Do not go to this dealer. They will lie and cheat you on price. Go elsewhere. More
Beware! They will screw you over and cushion there pockets. They illegally sold me a 90k brand new truck with recalls. Also when I went to pick up the truck and realized it wasn't what I was thinking pockets. They illegally sold me a 90k brand new truck with recalls. Also when I went to pick up the truck and realized it wasn't what I was thinking I was buying, They told me the deal was done and my best option is to sell for what I bought it. Also had told them I had my own financing they went behind my back, ran my credit and went through their lenders (also illegal) two weeks later when I found out about the recall that they new about and confronted them, the manager was rude and very unprofessional. Told me that I can have an attorney contact there legal team. I have seen so many bad reviews like mine and the only way dealerships like this will receive any consequences is by enough people filling complaints though gmc, the Oregon attorney General, the better business bureau, the consumer financial protection bureau and any other place you can think of. They should rename the dealership to Gougetown. They are currently adding additional dealer markup that equals GMC incentives so the list price is at or above MSRP. Negotiate if you want but every other dea currently adding additional dealer markup that equals GMC incentives so the list price is at or above MSRP. We went in to look at a new canyon, we were rudely asked if we had an appointment with anyone then begrudgingly brought inside. The dealer did not tell us his name nor ask for ours. Then he looked and said if we had an appointment with anyone then begrudgingly brought inside. The dealer did not tell us his name nor ask for ours. Then he looked and said they were out of stock. Honestly the worst car experience I have ever had and although my fiancé and I have had GMCs before, this made us not want to look again and have had much better service and time at multiple dealerships of other brands. If customers are prepared to spend a lot of money, it would probably be good business to show appreciation and good manners to those who walk through the door. More
This is a very bad Dealership.GM need to do something. 2008 Buick Enclave ok the transmission went out at 90k they told me that it was not under warranty. They told me that GM would only pay 1/2 to repair 2008 Buick Enclave ok the transmission went out at 90k they told me that it was not under warranty. They told me that GM would only pay 1/2 to repair it. They charged me $ 1600 and some change to fix it.. Well it went to 130k and it went out again and I new better but I took it back there again this time they told me that it need a new Transmission and it would be $5000? Well I talked the Sleezy sales Manager About a new Car and we talked about what they would give me for my car trade in he informed me that the 2008 was the biggest peace of crap that Buick ever made lots of problems? After that he offered me $2000 for it. I was very unhappy with this clown. I was not going give Auto Town any more of my hard earned money. Went to get my Buick from the service department Well the surprise never end they told me the I owed them $575 for the work they did to tell me the transmission was bad. I would hope That some one from GM would contact me about anything they can do to help. I have been a GM owner for 45 years and I am not so happy with you now. Mike More
Old School Sleezy Car salesmen tactics. YoYo sales and more! Do not trust Auto Town. They have turned into THE shady car dealership. I used to trust Auto Town. Story time: They sold me a lemon 2 years ago. Ho Do not trust Auto Town. They have turned into THE shady car dealership. I used to trust Auto Town. Story time: They sold me a lemon 2 years ago. Horrible interest rate loan, forced me to buy an extended warranty by lieing to me and even changed the terms of my loan in between visits with them. This is called a Yo Yo sale and is technically illegal. They then cold called my wife. The sales rep was bragging about how they only work at Auto Town GMC to collect a W2. Inferring that he is evading taxes in an illegal trade. He then made claims that they are under 'new' management and was going to do everything he could to better our situation. After talking with him we found out they were never going to do anything to better our relationship. 'The Criminal' told me he was only going to get me an idea of my trade in value before we moved forward with running credit. After we learned that they weren't doing anything special with the trade we opted out of moving forward. Then Auto Town Buick GMC ran my credit without my permission. This move here shows me why never to trust Auto Town. They employ criminals that DO NOT have your better interest be careful! More
