I had a great experience working with Robby. Most importantly, I never felt pressured. He presented the information, answered my questions honestly, and allowed me to make the decision at my own pace. I also want to recognize General Manager Paul Tracy, who took the time to introduce himself, offer additional support, and genuinely made me feel like a valued customer. The entire team made me feel welcome and at ease throughout the process. What stood out most was that the entire experience moved at a comfortable pace. They were respectful of my time, kept the process efficient, and allowed me to dictate the pace without ever feeling rushed or pressured. It was a professional, comfortable, and enjoyable buying experience from start to finish. Purchase two vehicles from Auto Wholesale in the same month, one for my daughter and one for myself. Julian was an absolute pleasure. He has such a kind and fun personality and is not pushy at all. I really liked how he let me look over the vehicle first and take my time beforehand so I could ask him questions later. He also help us set up our electronics in the car after purchasing since we didn’t know. The vehicle prices are great since they are wholesale. They have really great quality cars and the cheapest extended warranty I’ve ever gotten buying a car. The guys in the service department are also excellent. George and the other gentleman will answer any questions you have and will take the time to look over your vehicle carefully. Overall, outstanding service. All the employees have been so kind, but Julian, George and the other gentleman in service were outstanding! Highly recommended. More
