Needed an oil service and Mr. Swallow heard me mention noise Johnathan Swallow was setting us up for the pre-paid oil service. I mentioned the tire sounding bad as I turned left. He looked at the tire and saw Johnathan Swallow was setting us up for the pre-paid oil service. I mentioned the tire sounding bad as I turned left. He looked at the tire and saw it was badly worn and we set up the 2 new tires for the front and alignment. Also the 30,000 mile service. He estimated the cost promptly and time to complete accurately and arranged for us to get a ride to McDonald's on Brown Avenue. Excellent service! More

I came in for a members perk oil change & tire rotation and ended up having to have my back Chris Lavallee met me at the door and jumped into action! I came in for a members perk oil change & tire rotation and ended up having to have my back brakes & rotors replaced along with a cooling fluid flush. I must have had a total look of frustration and about to cry when Chris did everything he could do to help out . He pointed out the immediate issues that needed to be taken care of and gave me information regarding cost and an approximate timeline for the next project. He gave me a rental to help me get my errands done and called me when the service was done. Best of all...I drive a GMC Arcadia that I purchased at AutoFair Honda when I returned my lease.
