We looked at a handful of cars and were able to find a best fit at a price point that worked for us. The sales manager was unclear on graduate rebate eligibility when not financing through Honda which led to some confusion on the agreed price, but the finance manager (Scott) was able to explain fully and was very helpful in sorting it out. I wasn't expecting a rebate, so it wasn't a big loss, but the confusion could have been avoided. Shawn and Scott both worked late to get us out with our vehicle after closing, which was much appreciated. We had some IOUs which Randall helped with the following morning, which was all taken care of quickly. Overall, this was a good buying experience. More
Wish I Would Have Known . . . When I leased the car, I was told, "all you have to do is put gas in it and drive," until I get to the 30,000 mile service. Apparently, this is not part of "that" deal, and is separate; however, getting my daughter into her lease, she will be covered at her 30,000 mile service. Why am I not, and did I sign something stating I didn't want to have this option? Having someone ask me for $419.99 when I am unprepared was quite embarrassing. I was told, "it's recommended, not a requirement," I wanted the service, but after dealing with my daughter's school and her AutoFair Honda lease, I didn't have it. What's worse is I didn't know I was going to need it. If that part has to be established at the front end when signing the lease, then do a better job with the clarity at that time to avoid future embarrassment with others. I though I was okay, but apparently still a little miffed about it. The employee was nice enough, don't remember his name (think it was Pete Reynolds), but did his job well. I just didn't like the results. More
