I had a great experience at AutoFair Honda. My first visit was informational only. My sales consultant, Matt Cooper, put absolutely no pressure on me to purchase the car. He explained the features, answered my questions and encouraged me to test drive the car. After the test drive, I left the dealership and was able to compare the Honda CRV to comparable models at four other dealerships. This enabled me to take my time in making a decision. It became very apparent to me from all the test drives that the Honda CRV had the best features and quality compared to the other crossovers, while still being a great value. Also, Matt was very enthusiastic about the car and was very genuine. After making my decision, I returned to AutoFair and met with Matt. Having received information from two other dealerships and having done some on-line research, I had a good idea of what I should pay for the car. After speaking with Matt and the Manager, Burton Broadstone, I was given a very fair price for the car. Matt walked me through the entire sales process, answered additional questions and was extremely patient. I was even told that I would leave with the car that day, which I hadn't expected. Matt and everyone at AutoFair Honda were extremely friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend AutoFair Honda to anyone who is interested in purchasing a car. More
Thought everything went well but wAited for our refund from our warranty only to find out they applied it towards our loan from our previous car from them without them telling us they were doing that. Horrible dealership, they treat you like farm animals, get you in, pull credit, show you 1 car and basically try to force you to buy it. I was treated terrible by a sales man Cliff. He was very rude to me, I was having a tough time deciding on a car, he was complaining that I was wasting his time, and he could've been selling cars if he was dealing with someone else etc. etc. that he doesn't work for free etc. He was very rude, I couldn't believe a salesman would talk to a potential customer like that. I wanted to test drive the car more, but they would only allow 10-15 minute drives. Would not recommend to anyone, ever! Also they have jacked up prices and salemen try to make you think you are getting a great deal (yea right). More

I have been shopping for a car for quite some time. Since AutoFair was closest to me, I decided to take a look. When I went there the first time, back last January, I made it clear that I was looking Since AutoFair was closest to me, I decided to take a look. When I went there the first time, back last January, I made it clear that I was looking for information only, and that I would not sign a deal for any car, even if the car cost $1.00. Apparently that went in one ear and out the other. All three sales people that I worked with immediately asked "what do you want to pay", and submitted a spreadsheet with over-inflated payment numbers on it. I have the internet and can do simple math, without needing a dealer-provided spreadsheet. They wanted to pull my credit, and talk about the color of the car, before I even got a chance to drive and/or look at it. I ended up walking out of the dealer, and went to the Grappone Group, where they treated me with respect and understood that buying a car is a tough decision that I wasn't about to take lightly. I've returned to AutoFair twice since then, both times for Service on my girlfriend's Civic. The first time, they spilled brake fluid all over the engine and then said "sorry, we spilled brake fluid, that's why it took so long". The second time they took 47 minutes to do an oil change that is advertised as free if it takes longer than 39 minutes to complete, and wouldn't honor my request to make it free. They also said that I needed four new tires, even though the tires had been replaced by that dealership 10,000 miles before. I said at that point that I would never, ever, return to AutoFair for anything, nor would I ever recommend AutoFair to anyone. I work in retail sales, with 120 other people, and spend nine hours per day in face-to-face interactions with customers. I have spoken to two customers and two co-workers who have since bought from Grappone. My best friend used to have his Hyundai serviced at AutoFair, but now he drives to Grappone. I also purchased a vehicle from Grappone last week. Funny how the dealership that I went to that treated me fairly and respected me, eventually got my business, and they will keep my business as well. I'd be very surprised to see if someone from AutoFair calls or emails me. There must be a lot of morons or people that don't pay attention to the way AutoFair does business, otherwise the majority of the reviews here wouldn't be favorable. More
For a young sales rep Derek exhibited a surprising knowledge of the Honda Pilot. This vehicle is electronically loaded and Derek was up to speed on all the options. I have worked with pat Escabi on two separate occasions at Autofair Honda and both times I left the dealership driving a brand new Honda with a huge smile on my face. I went to turn in my Honda Accord as the lease was coming up for renewal. I was thinking about leasing a CRV but was not sure if it would fit in my garage. I came back to the dealership and ended up leasing a 2012 Honda Accord which I love. Tae Kang knew that I didnt want to spend the entire day at the dealership. He and everyone involved in my sale did a great job expediting all the paperwork. I would most definitely refer someone to Tae Kang. More
