We apologize for your experience. We put this policy in place to offset costs during the pandemic. We didn't want to raise prices because customers who were paying cash/check or debit would be absorbing costs that they were not creating. We are currently taking steps to correct the fix we chose, as some customers have taken this change the same way you have. We should have the issue resolved in July.
