He's a very sincere person and I would recommend him to the new Honda buyers as well as the seasoned ones like me. A new person to sales, Ellen, shadowed Jeffrey and I could not think of a better mentor. Derek helped to finish up the "deal" with a pleasant and efficient demeanor. Altogether is was a blessed time with not only knowledgeable Honda personnel but with genuinely good human beings. More

She bought here and had every single thing she ever did serviced at this Autofair Honda Dealership Service Dept. Today’s service was I needed it to go through everything. He didn’t try and up sell me or push me to do anything I didn’t want but offered if I did. He did what was asked and just was great and pleasant to deal with. Today I had my oil changed, brakes done, fluids, spark plugs, and tires changed, sanitized and complete in 3 hours. Everyone had masks, and my rep Chris Lavalee was awesome.
