I was an owner of a 2009 Toyota Corolla LE and Living in New England the winters can be rough. I spent the past 6 years slipping and sliding all over the road. My friend has a 2014 Subaru Outback and was telling me about the AWD and how it has helped him through some rough storms and ice. After hearing many of the same stories I decided to get myself an AWD. I visited Subaru of Plaistow and was greeted by Dave and he was very informative and friendly. I also, found out he was a military veteran like myself which explained his professionalism and passion for his job. I ended up purchasing a 2017 Subaru Legacy Sport with the Eyesight kit addition. The car practically drives itself. It is a very smooth ride and looks very sporty, but not overly sporty. I also, had the pleasure of meeting one of the GM's Don McEwen. He was very friendly as well and made me feel comfortable as we all know buying a car can be a bit nerve wrecking. Lol I didn't feel pressured to purchase my vehicle and they weren't trying to get me into a vehicle I didn't want. They made sure I got a vehicle that suited my needs and one that I would enjoy. Oh I forgot to mention that I am from Boston,Ma. I felt like I was being dealt with in a fair and open manner, and even though I started the process with a bit of apprehension, Jared Hafford and the rest of the staff there made purchasing my new Subaru and trading in my old one to be a positive and even pleasant experience!
