We first went to Autofair several years ago complaining of problems with the parking break in our Outback. We were told repeatedly that there was nothing wrong. After being told this after repeated visits, finally one day while driving in city traffic, the parking brake self-engaged nearly causing my girlfriend to be rear-ended by a city bus. All of a sudden, after years of complaining about issues with the parking brake engaging, Autofair acknowledge the issue and SURPRISE, found out that Subaru of America had extended the warranty for this due to known issues. Not only did they charge us every time to tell us nothing was wrong, even when they finally acknowledged it as warranty issue, they still charged us a diagnostic fee for that and things like confirming that there was a hole in the upholstery after we pointed at the hole and said "there's a hole". For things like this, they charged us a diagnostic fee. We also complained for years about problems with the infotainment system and were told there was nothing wrong. Then, after years of complaints, it also failed completely, only now, it was outside of warranty and neither they nor Subaru of America would do anything to help. They were told of the problems for years, refused to do anything and now want to charge us over $1600 for a head unit that we reported problems with for years. They’ll never see another dime of my money, nor will Subaru of America. More
Terrible experience. I called to see if a particular preowned vehicle I was interested in was available was told that it was. The drive to AutoFair is about an hour for me, but it was the car I wanted at a great deal, so it was worth it to me. I was prepared to purchase it immediately and even started the process for preapproval online to expedite the process. When I arrived at the dealership, one hour after confirming that it was still available, I was met with confusion, and which vehicle are you referring to, and let me check, and oh... it sold yesterday, but would you like to look at some more expensive, comparable options? I felt compelled for a moment to consider another vehicle as my credit had already been pulled for no reason. When I mentioned that I was also told when I called that my leased vehicle could be accepted as a trade, I learned that was false information as well. In the end, they had nothing comparable to deal I thought I would be getting, so I left feeling incredibly disappointed, and scammed. Never again, AutoFair Subaru. More
I purchased my car and have it serviced there most of the time. It's a 60 mile drive round trip but totally worth spending the gas to get there. Bought a brand new Crosstrek from Autofair Subaru in Haverhill. Nicholas (product specialist) was excellent, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Dan (sales manager) was reasonable working out the final Haverhill. Nicholas (product specialist) was excellent, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Dan (sales manager) was reasonable working out the final deal. Dealership is clean as a whistle as is the service department. Will likely do all my service and maintenance there. Got the car I wanted at a reasonable price from people who were pleasant to deal with. More

What a horrible experience that AutoFair Subaru provided me with .I bought a 2019 Honda passport sport. The sales man Nick told me they were going to detail the inside and outside of the vehicle and they ne me with .I bought a 2019 Honda passport sport. The sales man Nick told me they were going to detail the inside and outside of the vehicle and they never detailed it. French fries were still in my seat and stains all over the inside of the car. I brought it back to get detailed again and they made me wait 3 hours to just wash the outside of the car. They never touched the inside of my car and how I know that is the stains that would have easily came off I had to do myself. Then I found out the cup holder in the back has permanent marker all over it and left me to figure this out. Thank you AutoFair Subaru . More
Had a fantastic experience with this team yesterday. I have been driving a 2005 subaru outback since I was 16 a over a decade - and finally on our way on vacation she finally gave out! The service team I have been driving a 2005 subaru outback since I was 16 a over a decade - and finally on our way on vacation she finally gave out! The service team was so helpful (and gentle) in explaining my options - in particular Kayla was a godsend for us in the moment and was not at all pushy about what we should do. She connected us with Doug in sales who, again, treated us like family, was very sensitive to our financial limitations, and went out of his way to explain all our options for cars and financing. Its clear these folks care about their customers, even the ones who fall into the autofair unexpectedly and without much to spend, crying over their 17 year old car. We left happy with a certified used car that I trust - couldn't have asked for a better team. More
