Quick and seamless I went in knowing what I wanted. I had already picked the car I just wanted to look at it and take a ride. The salesman was pretty new to sales so the I went in knowing what I wanted. I had already picked the car I just wanted to look at it and take a ride. The salesman was pretty new to sales so there were many questions he kept saying “that isn’t my department” which was some what frustrating. I come from customer service and if you don’t know the answer you find it. He really didn’t have to do much convincing because I loved the car from the start. After I knew it was the one the process for financing was super fast and easy. That was convenient. I don’t think I’ve ever been in and out if a dealership that fast! Plus they got my a 4.1 interest rate which was great! I don’t think the customer service was good enough to give 5 stars. I just like the ease of purchasing the vehicle and being in and out. I hate sitting around while they try to haggle the interest rate or try to get you into a more expensive car to make better commission. More

Friendly and courteous service Tammy was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. She had cars already picked out in are price range, and ready to test drive by the time we got there.
