Mr Gill, we apologize that your experience was less than perfect. I believe the staff did all they could to accommodate the repair on the heater, but we ultimately fell short not fixing it correctly the first time. We understand why you wanted to return the vehicle. However, once you told the bank that you were returning the vehicle, they would not fund the loan. We regret that we couldn't arrange alternate financing and keep you in the vehicle. Thank you for your feedback.

In response to their comment...I did NOT cancel the loan! AUTOMAX did. I offered to keep the car and take it somewhere else on my own dime to fix it and automax said no, they no longer wanted to work with us because of the situation. And it was not just the heater. But they cancelled the sell themselves, not us and the same finance company financed us somewhere else! Not to mention, when automax did that, they refused to let us drive the car home to get another vehicle. They told us we could walk home, it didn't matter to them. We were 35 minutes away driving time with our little son in the cold, so we had to call a taxi which costs us another $70. I missed 3 days of work without pay because of all of this too. So AUTOMAX, your information is wrong. You can spin it however you want to but it's shameful to lie about it just to save face. What they did was very unchristian and unacceptable.

Mr Le, we apologize that experience your was less than positive. I talked to the staff who helped in this transaction and they were under the impression everything went well. I don't feel that you were prejudged because you had a faded spot on your shirt, because the deal originated and worked out over the phone. I hope that you are enjoying your 2007 Toyota Tacoma, but if there are any hard feelings, please don't hesitate to bring the vehicle back. I would like to ask a HUGE favor of you. Could you please "tag" the correct associates that you worked with in this review? Scott brought it to my attention that he was off the day that you bought, so therefore he couldn't be involved in this transaction. He works very hard to maintain a high level of customer service and I don't think that this review is fair to him. It was another gentleman who completed your transaction.
