We like dealing with James because he is honest and does not hound us for the sale. James makes us feel relaxed while shopping for a car. We finally found a car and James made the sale go by smoothly. But after a week, my wife did not really care for the car (not Automax fault, wife went from a lifted truck to a car and just did like driving a car) so we went back and told James and it seemed like he made it his priority to get us into a vehicle that would make us happy. He did just that and we appreciate the service he provided for us and made us feel special. Will always buy again from Automax because of the Sales people like James that they have. More
