On that fateful day, we were introduced to Tammy! She was the perfect balance of calm and supportive. She was genuinely concerned about the welfare and safety of my wife and daughter. After the dust settled and the air cleared, Tammy was there with us the during the entire process of getting back into the driver's seat and getting back on the road. I have to say that there were so many options of makes and models of vehicles available during our search. It wasn't an easy decision. Regardless, Tammy remained patient as we reviewed, inquired, and test drove several vehicles during our search. My hat off to Tammy and the rest of the staff as they did everything within their power to ensure that we had a hassle-free and enjoyable car-buying experience. Thank you Auto Max. They work hard to make sure you leave with a car This AutoMax w a s great the only problem we had was the guy who put fuel in our tank didn't tell us that the the fuel door was broken off....as soon This AutoMax w a s great the only problem we had was the guy who put fuel in our tank didn't tell us that the the fuel door was broken off....as soon as we got home I noticed it. And he told us he was going to fill the tank up but when it was time to get the keys from him he said he only put 3/4 of gas in it. What was the reason for that, then we realize that he never put gas in it we test drove it the day before and the gas needle never change much so he must couldn't get the gas door open and didn't tell us let us drive right off the lot very dishonest...everything else was superb great costumer service great sales man Rich...this is my second vehicle from automax....
