When a person buys a car, it’s expected that you not leave them on empty when they drive off the lot with the new car. Very disappointed it was not filled up. I recently purchased a 2020 Dodge Ram 1500 and Ernesto y salesman was EXCELLENT along with Jesse the Finance Manager. There was NO NO NO pressure what so ever and made my experience awesome! For the love of God, do NOT buy a vehicle here. It was easily the worst car buying experience of my life! To keep it brief, they sold my husband a vehicle (we put 10k down) and a month later the tr It was easily the worst car buying experience of my life! To keep it brief, they sold my husband a vehicle (we put 10k down) and a month later the transmission solenoid went out. While it was in the shop getting repaired, automax was USELESS in getting him a rental so that he could continue working. We argued with them and their GM , Tony for WEEKS to get reimbursement for the rental we had to pay for due to the negligence of Automax. Many MANY arguments later they gave us $500 to go away and told us to take our review off the BBB (I also HIGHLY recommend you read their BBB complaints. This is not new behavior for them). To make matters worse, after I posted a review on their Facebook page- I got a random message from a previous Automax employee (see screenshot) of how this is how they do business. Despicable. All in all, save yourself the frustration that we just went through and go to a more reputable car dealership. Stay far away from these guys. More
