I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Acura dealership. I purchased my car back on March 30, and within 72 hours, I noticed an issue with the middle console. They told me to make an appointment so they could look at the problem. They scheduled me for May 30 and informed me that they had to replace a part on the audio screen. They ordered a part that took 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. They replaced a part and it was ok for one week only I called them back and made another appointment with them and they told me I have to leave my car and they will provide me with the loaner car. They called me 2 hours before my appointment time stating that they don't have enough labor for that and can we reschedule the appointment I said ok. Then on the 2nd appointment, they called again 2 hours before told me that they don't have any loaner car available for today we need to reschedule your appointment again. I made an appointment on September 20 and it's been 4 weeks they still have my car. The service adviser told me that they can not fix the problem it is a manufacturer's default. I went today on 10/16/25 with my cousin asked them to replace the car and they told me that they can not do anything about it I need to talk to the Acura manufacturer. I want to advise you please don't go to this dealership at all they don't help you or listen to you. More

The closest dealer was the Airport Auto Nation so I called and My salesperson, Kenneth Tillm Auto Nation at West Colonial and had a great experience. The closest dealer was the Airport Auto Nation so I called and My salesperson, Kenneth Tillman there and he was able to work it out so that the car be delivered to this Dealership which was closest to me. He was so awsome as patient and transparent about explaining everything to me. The whole process, including financing, went smoothly. There was no pressure, no hidden fees and the car was in excellent condition. I’d definitely recommend this dealership, especially if you're looking for a no-hassle experience, no gimmicks and full transparency. Great experience always with AutoNation. More
My deal is a little different. Was visiting my son in Casselberry, and really just wanted to look at some cars in the segment I was interested in. The Acura dealer was my 1st stop, as I found a car online that checked all the boxes. My issue... I live in rural Ga. and really wasnt prepared to buy. Nick Natole, our sales rep, couldnt have been nicer and more efficient! A credit to the Dealership. We ended up buying the car after visiting some other Dealerships to look at other makes. The next day ,I drove the Acura 600 miles home! Love the car. The logistics of buying in Fla then registering in Ga. were smoothed out by all the people at Auto Nation Acura. Highly recommend!! More
