*Fraud Alert* They sell defective vehicles. When I bought my Accord on 10/16/2021, I heard some noise from tires as I drove outside the dealership. As I driving back home I kept hearing the same noise and got it checked by local honda JUST 2 WEEKS later (see attached proof of date purchased and inspection date). It turns out all the rotors/discs and pads had worn out (see attached proof) and they made me a $1500 bill. I tried to call the dealership. Not only did the sales manager refuse to talk, the sales associate (John) was extremely rude. I would recommend avoiding these people at all costs if possible. More

My major issue is a labor charge of $49.99 identified only as LINE OPCODE TECH TYPE HOURS 9446 CAZM. I have tried both yesterday and today to find out what this is. The last time time I got my oil changed which was March 2, 2021 you recommended that I get several things done that were due. trans fluid, rear diff fluid, front transfer case fluid, engine coolant changed, Cost est. was was $864.96. I went to Handrick Acura in Charlotte, NC and that done for $484.43 on March 26, 2021. Your telephone system is horrible when it comes to handling complaints. I hope that $50.00 labor charge made your bottom line because that is the last $$ you will ever get from me. More
