When we arrived we were met by a friendly service adviser that explained the process that was going to take place and approximately how long it would take. We were waiting in the showroom for the repairs to that explained the process that was going to take place and approximately how long it would take. We were waiting in the showroom for the repairs to be completed having the opportunity to talk to our sales person, available to answer any questions we had on our MDX. I have bought my last three cars here, and I only take my cars here for service. They are amazing! They are always professional and explain things well. Service dept. tells me what is coming up in the ne cars here for service. They are amazing! They are always professional and explain things well.
