Jonathon was great to work with, no complaints there. The only reason for not giving higher marks is because of the time it took to complete the purchasing process. I paid cash for the car and had my insurance already set up, so expected the delivery to go quickly, yet had to talk to someone named Cole about warranties he was trying to sell me. At this point in time I'd been at the dealership for nearly 4 hours, I was exhausted and hungry, just wanted to drive my new car the 2&1/2 hours to home, preferably before rush hour! Well thanks to Cole delaying the process I was finally out of there at 5pm, right in rush hour traffic heading west out of Spokane. I'll never understand why all dealerships want to sell you warranties, like do you not faith in your product or what? Again Jonathan was great and explained everything very well about how to operate the car. I highly recommend him as a salesman. More
