The new hired lady was awesome and she did a fantastic job getting me a discount for the tune-up since I have already had an estimated for the job from the previous visit. I just do not remember her name because she did not have a business card.

Hello and thanks for your response. I have already paid for the service and I do not need my money back. However, if you looked at the record of my first visit to the service center on the 1/18/23. I have requested the navigation update, and I was told they did not perform the update because your computer at the service center has a virus, and they were able to remove the SD card before it gets to my car, so they did not update it. I spoked to Carrissa the following day to report that my map stopped working just after I left the service center. I explained to her that I was in a conference and could not called her right away, but now I went again Monday 1/23/23, so they can replace the broken piece and look at the map again, and she said I will have to pay $1010 dollars to replace de SD card because it is defective. What a coincidence it is defective just after they try to run de update, isn’t it? The reason I wanted to do the update is so the new map can recognize my son’s new house, which is 5 minutes from mine, but it is a new construction, and I like to use the Cadillac Navigation system better than the Apple map, but now it is no longer working. I will never ever will come back to that place again. By the way, Carrissa did a wonderful job and I understand it is not her fault. She is extremely professional and kept me informed of all the progress — you lose a good customer.
