From start to finish my experience was an excellent one! So many people were involved from Mrs. Dollie to the tall gentlemen in management (I don't know how to spell his name, but he was exceptional in reco So many people were involved from Mrs. Dollie to the tall gentlemen in management (I don't know how to spell his name, but he was exceptional in recommending my vehicle) and Jorge. Then entire staff was friendly, warm, inviting, and very compassionate to my needs. Mrs. Dollie even took me to drop off my rental car and she purchased lunch for me. I'm forever grateful to Autonation for taking their time in blessing me with my vehicle. God is good and I'm beyond grateful! THANK YOU EVERYONE AND MAY GOD BLESS EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU!! More

As long as you as a customer and are paying for a service your requested service is performed within a few hours, but if you are looking to get service for a warranty problem you can expect to wait for 7-10 your requested service is performed within a few hours, but if you are looking to get service for a warranty problem you can expect to wait for 7-10 days just to get a appointment, it was the same for the actual Chevrolet dealer that I purchase this car and another car from this dealer in the past year. It seems that are there for the sales but not for the service. I was able to get a appointment from a closer dealer within a half of a hour and my problem was fixed within a hour. I feel all dealers should have a better sense of customer care and satisfaction, and a qualified technician or mechanic be on staff to at least see if a customers concern and or problem can be at least troubleshot and see if it is just something needs to be reset, instead of having to wait for ten days just to have it looked at. More
This was the first time I've taken my 2019 Blazer to this dealership. The experience was top-notch. I received an appointment in a timely manner, and Tom Deluca got us checked in....courteous, professional dealership. The experience was top-notch. He called that morning to let me know the diagnosis for our car, cost, etc., and that the car would be repaired, probably that very day! We picked up the car about 30 minutes prior to closing, and a kind, professional lady checked us out. Again, we never felt rushed, even though it was close to closing time. We would definitely recommend AutoNation Chevrolet Airport, and will use their services going forward. More
