very displeased with the staff at this location. finance manager is very incompetent. I specifically asked to only authorize my credit with chase bank. I even signed my name on the credit authorization form "CHASE ONLY" they then proceeded to run my credit with every bank. now I have 5 unwanted hard inquires on my credit report. after I expressed how upset I was they still tried to offer the other bank deals because the chase bank terms don't favor them. and they tried to steer my away from chase by saying they want 20k down which is crap. this dealer is not interested in selling cars with chase bank. the staff should just say this at the beginning to not waste time. More
