Experience with sales person (Charles) was amazing and very easy. Was told to sign paperwork to hold vehicle with appt to pick up the next day. Have called to speak to management several times to discuss and once they know it is me, management is always "busy" and have received NO call back from anyone. Do NOT use this dealership. The managers listen to your concerns. We were there 3 1/2 hours just for a trunk liner to be installed. Vehicle was not washed when we purchased and not after service yesterday. Nerves were shot as we drove away. We had numerous things planned for the day and this threw us way off schedule. It was also my birthday which compounded the wait.
